Your numbers are your business.

Plain answers about how VenVen protects your data, your customers' details, and your money.

How your data is protected

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every business account is isolated at the database layer with row-level security, so one operator can never see another operator's records: not your quotes, not your costs, not your customers.

We do keep aggregated, de-identified statistics to evaluate and improve the product. Those are internal to VenVen, are never shown to another operator, and carry no names, no account identifiers, and no customer details. See Section 5.1 of the Privacy Policy.

The application enforces a strict content security policy and CSRF protection on every authenticated request.

Payments

Customer payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on VenVen's servers. When you connect payments, money from your customers lands in your own account and pays out straight to your bank.

Subscription billing for VenVen itself is handled by Polar, a payments provider we do not operate.

Your data stays yours

We never sell your data and never share it with other operators. Customer lists, event logs, and payment history export as CSV whenever you want them. If you cancel, your data stays put so you can pick back up; if you want it deleted instead, email us and we delete it.

Found a problem?

If you believe you have found a security issue in VenVen, email support@venven.io with the details. We read every report and respond quickly.
