Any email you trigger for a customer opens as a preview first, so nothing goes out unread.

Clear notice before a card is charged
Automatic balance charges now come with notice to the host at booking, a week ahead and the day before, with the amount and the date. Reminders stop once it is paid.

Ask for the balance from the quote with a due date you pick. The host gets a link to pay it in full.

Close a quote as declined without deleting it, so the history stays.

Day-before summary for the host
The morning before the event, the host gets one email with the arrival time, what is being served, who is working and what the venue needs. Off by default: turn it on in Settings.

Hosts can browse coffee and matcha carts by state at venven.io/vendors. Turn on Public listing in Settings for a profile page that sends hosts to your booking page.
