Coffee carts in Chicago, IL for weddings and events

Chicago books coffee carts year round, but the calendar has two halves. From May through October the work is outdoor: lakefront weddings, West Loop lofts with a rooftop, forest preserve picnics and the suburban barn and country club circuit out toward the collar counties. From November on it moves inside, to holiday parties, office lobbies and the corporate breakfast that keeps a cart busy on a Tuesday in January. Permits follow the event, not the cart: the City of Chicago and suburban Cook County run separate health departments, and several suburbs run their own, so an operator quoting a Naperville wedding and a Loop office in the same week is working under more than one set of rules. The carts listed here have told us where they travel and what they serve. Every profile links to the operator’s own site, and the inquiry button sends your date straight to them.
