Where it came from
VenVen started because I was juggling booking software, external emails, social media software, and paper notes. Things were everywhere and unorganized. And before every event I still wanted two answers: what does this event actually cost me, and what should I charge for it?
So I built one place for all of it. A quote the client accepts, signs, and pays from one link. A cost engine with per-serving costs, supply predictions, and county-level pricing data. Menus, packing lists, and the margin math after. At some point it stopped being a side project and became VenVen.
Every quote my cart sends, every deposit it takes, and every margin number on the VenVen homepage runs through the same product you would be using.
What VenVen is
VenVen is quoting, booking, and cost software for coffee and matcha carts. One system carries the event from inquiry to money in the bank: a quote the client can accept, sign, and pay from one link, real per-serving costs before you say yes, menus and packing lists for the day of, and the margin math after.
The pricing is the same one on the homepage: the Free plan charges a 3% platform fee on card payments, Pro is $29 a month with a 0% fee, and the trial is your first 5 events or 14 days, whichever comes first. No card to start.
The company
VenVen is built and run in Chicago, Illinois by the same small company that runs the founder's cart. Small team, real cart, no venture story.
Questions, wholesale asks, press, or anything else: support@venven.io or (872) 772-6677.
