About Nomad Coffee Co.
Nomad Coffee Co. is a mobile espresso bar that has been pouring at Chicago weddings, corporate launches, and private events since 2018. We have worked Lincoln Park backyards, Fulton Market lofts, North Shore country clubs, and a handful of Galena wineries. Most of our beans come from two local Chicago roasters we have been working with since the beginning. Whatever the venue, the goal is the same: a real cafe experience, set up wherever your guests are.

COFFEE CART SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement is between Nomad Coffee Co. ("Operator") and Alex Johnson ("Client").
EVENT DETAILS
Date: Tuesday, November 17
Location: Downtown Event Center, 300 W Main St, Chicago, IL 60601
Guest count: 75 guests
Service hours: 3 hours hours
SERVICES
Operator will provide a fully staffed mobile espresso bar serving specialty coffee and non-coffee beverages as outlined in the attached quote.
PAYMENT
Total: $950
Deposit due at signing: $475 (50%, non-refundable after 30 days)
Balance due: 7 days before the event date
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 30+ days before the event: deposit refunded in full.
Cancellations 8 to 29 days before the event: 50% of total retained.
Cancellations 7 days or fewer before the event: full balance retained.
Reschedules within the same calendar year do not trigger the cancellation policy.
OPERATOR OBLIGATIONS
Operator agrees to arrive no less than 60 minutes before the service start time, provide all necessary equipment and supplies, and maintain Cook County Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification throughout the event.
CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
Client agrees to provide a level surface for the cart (roughly 8 feet wide), access to a standard 20-amp electrical outlet for indoor events, and adequate parking or loading access.
INSURANCE
Operator carries $2M aggregate General Liability and will furnish a certificate of insurance with the venue listed as Additional Insured upon request.
INDEMNIFICATION
Each party agrees to indemnify the other against claims arising from their own negligence or breach of this agreement.
