Booking terms

A deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance will auto-charge to your card on file 7 days before the event date. If the charge fails, you have a 3-day grace period before the event is at risk of cancellation.

A 50% deposit holds your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event. Cancellations more than 14 days out receive a full refund. Less than 10 days, keep the deposit as a credit for 12 months.
