We travel up to 60 miles from 60642. We still serve events outside this range but are subject to a travel fee.

Booking terms

A 50% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining balance will auto-charge to your card on file 7 days before the event date.

A 50% deposit reserves your date. Balance is due 7 days before the event. Cancellations 30+ days out are refunded in full; 8 to 29 days, 50% is retained; 7 days or less, the full balance is retained. We arrive 60 minutes before service start, provide all equipment and supplies, and handle setup plus breakdown. Client provides a level surface and a standard 20-amp outlet for indoor events.

Frequently asked questions

One trained barista, the full cart with espresso machine and grinder, all cups and lids, all milk including oat and almond, all syrups, and setup plus breakdown. You bring the guests; we bring everything else.

Yes. The first 15 miles from our base in West Town are free. Beyond that we add a small per-mile travel fee, capped at 60 miles total radius. Wisconsin Dells, Galena, and similar destination venues are quoted case-by-case.

A level surface roughly 8 feet wide, and one standard 20-amp outlet for indoor events. For outdoor without power we bring a quiet inverter generator. We figure out water on a per-venue basis.

60 minutes before service start, 30 minutes to break down after. Both included in the price.

Yes. Add the Custom Drink Design extra and we will work with you on a signature pour, branded on the menu chalkboard. Our most-requested house signature is the lavender mocha.

About 60 to 80 drinks per hour per barista. For events over 150 guests we recommend adding a second barista so the line stays under 5 minutes.

50% deposit reserves your date. Balance is due 7 days before the event. The deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before the event.

Yes. Matcha lattes, chai, hot chocolate, and a kid-friendly steamer are all on the standard menu. We also do iced cocktails styled like a coffee drink (espresso martini setup) for evening receptions.

Designed for your venue

Nomad Coffee Co. is a mobile espresso bar that has been pouring at Chicago weddings, corporate launches, and private events since 2018. We have worked Lincoln Park backyards, Fulton Market lofts, North Shore country clubs, and a handful of Galena wineries. Most of our beans come from two local Chicago roasters we have been working with since the beginning. Whatever the venue, the goal is the same: a real cafe experience, set up wherever your guests are.
